Tom is a real pleasure to work with. He is responsive, has a great attitude, and he walks the talk. Tom tells it like it is and follows through. I have referred him to many friends/family and they have all been pleased with the experience. I highly recommend Tom to anyone in the market.
Our experience of working with Tom was awesome. He has all the qualities we were looking for in an agent. Tom advocated for our best interests and aggresively pursued all the potential avenues for attracting buyers. He has an amazing energy level, worked tirlessly on our behalf, and kept us up to date throughout the entire process. On top of all of that he just didn’t quit until the deal was closed. We couldn’t have had a more dedicated agent than Tom.
I was very nervous about buying my first house. I had some frustrations about other realtors making me feel inferior due to the price range that I was looking in – some didn’t even return my phone calls. When I contacted Tom, he made me feel very comfortable that he would pay attention to me, listen to what I was looking for, and guide me through the steps. He kept his word from beginning to end and went to bat for me time and time again to make sure that my best interest was looked after and I got the best possible price on the house that I wanted. He never made me feel bad about my price range or asking him questions and he always remained in contact with me.
I would recommend using Tom Breeden to purchase your home because of his dedication and personal attention to the buyer. I know that my next move, whether it be to sell a home, buy a home, or both will involve Tom.
Tom was a tremendous help and resource for us in 2009. In a tough market, Tom helped us competitively price and sell our house. We received a contract in under two weeks at 97% of our asking price. Tom has significant knowledge of the Atlanta market and also helped us find a larger home in the same area. He was vert attentive and communicated with us on almost a daily basis. I strongly recommend Tom and his services.
We met Tom Breeden back in 2004 when he was surfing the AJC (Atlanta Journal Constitution) ads for FSBO (For Sale By Owner) properties he could list. He called us a few times, finally convincing my husband that we should meet with him. My husband is not easily impressed but Tom’s knowledge of the market convinced us to list with him. Our house sold in a few short months.
Fast forward to 2012. Time to move so we called Tom. Some folks think that they don’t need a realtor since there is no much information available online. They are wrong. I looked at a lot of homes online before I told Tom what I wanted to see, but when it comes to negotiating you need an expert like Tom. The house we wanted had been on the market for just 3 days and Tom said “Hey let’s tell them we will close in 10 days. We can do it if you use my lender, Kim Nehiley at Supreme Lending”. (I am in the mortgage business – and I didn’t know anyone who could do that!) We made our offer and the sellers were concerned that they may not find a house in time. We still owned our other home, so we closed in 10 days – as promised – and we allowed them to stay for 6 weeks until they found a house.
Recently – Tom performed a miracle by selling our condo townhouse (in this market) at $5,500 over the appraisal value. Enough said.

Tom Breeden was a life-saver; he brought calm to a chaotic situation. I was coming to Atlanta on a corporate relocation and I had three days to buy a house. Compounding the stress was the recent arrival of my newborn son. Needless to say, I needed someone to lean on. Luckily an old college roommate was living in Atlanta and recommended Tom to me. Tom had helped him purchase a home and was very pleased with Tom’s tactical approach, his negotiation skills and the resulting property acquired.
I met with Tom and he immediately put us at ease. We carefully pulsed through requirements like square footage, room counts, schools, shopping, design preferences, investment potential, tax implications, etc. Before long, a clear picture started emerging. By the afternoon of the first day, we were walking targeted listings dialed in to our punch list of requirements.
At the end of Day Two, the ideal property was located. It was a new listing and it met all our requirements. Tom quickly initiated the negotiation. Within 20 hours we negotiated a great price and a favorable closing date. What a relief. But Tom didn’t stop there. As we discussed our new home, there were a few renovations and modifications we wanted to make before move-in. Tom tapped into his network and lined us up with qualified, bonded contractors to get the work done¦..before move-in.
We’ve been in our home nearly three years now and still count ourselves lucky to have been able to purchase this home. Last summer, at Tom’s encouragement, I bought my first investment property, a rental house close to our home. Again, a solid, disciplined process resulting in a solid buy was the order of the day. Thanx Tom for both our houses!!!!!
